Betting and Game Rules

General rules for play on our site
These rules apply to every game, bet, spin and hand placed through your account with us. Each game also carries its own rules and paytable. Where the rules inside a game differ from this page, the rules inside that game apply to rounds played on it.
- One account per person. You may hold a single account with us, in your own name, and you must play on your own behalf. Duplicate accounts and play funded by someone else are not permitted.
- 18 and over only. Our games are for adults. We carry out age and identity checks, and we may suspend play until those checks are complete.
- Real money and bonus balance. Your account can hold real money and bonus funds. The order in which the two are used is shown in the cashier, and bonus funds remain subject to the bonus terms until any wagering attached to them is complete.
- Bets are final once placed. When you confirm a stake, the bet is accepted and cannot be changed, cancelled or taken back, whether or not the round has finished displaying.
- Stakes must be covered by your balance. A round will not start if your available balance does not cover the stake and any side bets you have selected.
We hold a gaming licence for the online casino offered on this site and we verify accounts before withdrawals are paid. We may void a bet where it was placed in breach of these rules, our terms and conditions, or the rules of the game in question.
How bets and spins are settled
Outcomes are produced by the game server operated by the studio that supplies the game, not by your device. Your screen displays the result; the server records it.
- A round begins when you confirm your stake. The stake leaves your available balance at that moment and the bet is live.
- The outcome is produced by a random number generator, or by the shuffle, deal or spin carried out in a live studio game.
- Wins are calculated from the paytable in force in that game at the time of the round and credited to your balance in your account currency.
- The record held on the game server is the final record of a round. If what your screen showed differs from that record, the server record stands and the round is settled on that basis.

Return to player
Every game shows a return-to-player figure in its information screen. That figure is theoretical and measured over a very large number of rounds. It does not predict what any single session, round or spin will return, and results in the short term can sit well above or well below it.
Stakes, limits and currency
Minimum and maximum stakes are set for each game and each table and are shown before you bet. Your own deposit and spend limits, where you have set them, apply on top of those figures and are shown in your account.
Malfunctions, errors and lost connections
A malfunction voids all pays and play
If a game, our platform or a supplier's system does not operate as intended, the affected round or rounds are void. Stakes taken on a void round are returned to your balance and any amount credited in error is corrected.
- If you lose your connection part-way through a round, the round is held open where the game allows it. Reopening the game returns you to the point you left so you can finish the round.
- Where a game cannot be resumed, the round is settled automatically under that game's rules and the result is shown in your play history.
- A round that completed before you lost connection is settled in full, and any win is credited to your balance even if you did not see it on screen.
- If a stake was taken but the round never started, the stake is returned.
- An obvious error in a displayed paytable, price, limit or balance does not create an entitlement to a payment, and rounds affected by such an error may be void.
Unfinished rounds left open for a long period may be settled by the game supplier so that your balance can be released. Where that happens, the outcome recorded on the game server is applied to your account.
Playing with bonus funds
Bonus funds, free spins and similar credits are governed by the terms of the offer they came from, together with our general terms. The key conditions to check before you play are set out below.
- A maximum stake applies while wagering is outstanding. The figure is given in the offer terms, and bets above it may be void or may not count towards wagering.
- Games contribute to wagering at different rates, and some games are excluded altogether. The contribution table for each offer is shown with that offer.
- Wagering must be completed within the period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds and free spins are removed when that period ends.
- Betting patterns designed to secure a return regardless of the outcome, such as covering opposing bets on the same round, do not count towards wagering.
- Withdrawing while wagering is outstanding may remove the remaining bonus funds, as explained in the cashier.
- If a bonus round is void because of a malfunction, the bonus funds staked on it are restored rather than paid as a cash win.
If anything in an offer is unclear, ask us before you play. We would rather settle the point in advance than after a round has been placed.
Live casino and table games
Live games are dealt by a person in a studio and streamed to your device. The dealer's actions at the table, applied in line with the rules of that table, decide the outcome of the round.
- Bets must be placed and confirmed within the betting window. Once the dealer calls no more bets, late bets are not accepted and any stake not confirmed is returned.
- Misdeals, exposed cards, incorrect spins and similar incidents are handled under the rules of the table, which may void the round or a particular bet.
- Each table publishes its own rules, bet types, payouts and side bets in its help screen. Read them before placing side bets, as these settle differently from the main bet.
- Seats may be released after a period of inactivity so that other players can join. Your balance is unaffected.
- If the stream fails, the round continues at the table and is settled under the table rules. The result appears in your play history once the round ends.
- Chat is monitored. Abusive messages towards dealers or other players may lead to chat or table access being withdrawn.
Where a live table and this page appear to conflict on a point of play, the rules published at that table apply to rounds played there.
Queries and disputes about a round
If you think a bet or spin has been settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can. Use the live chat on the site or write to support@casino-ojo.co.uk.
- Tell us the name of the game or live table.
- Give the date and time of the round, including the time zone you are in.
- Include the round or game identifier shown in the in-game history, where one is available.
- State the stake, the balance you expected and what you saw on screen.
We look into the round against the records held on the game server and, where a supplier is involved, we ask them to check their logs as well. We will tell you the outcome and correct your balance where a correction is due. If you are not satisfied with our answer, our complaints procedure explains how to escalate the matter, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named in our terms and conditions.
